April 2024
Kalon Collective's new home. 12931 University Ave. #104 Clive, IA 50325. We started this process MONTHS ago, but all great things take time...right? We are hoping to be in the new space before the end of 2024. We will keep everyone in the loop as we get closer to having an official date.
August 2024
The boys worked hard doing the demo work! We can't wait to reveal the new space. It is undergoing a FULL transformation.
September 2024
Things looked a little scary during plumbing! We re-did the plumbing, electrical, ceiling, flooring and restructured some of the internal walls for a more open concept feel. With the help of our cabinet designer, we were able to maximize our space and add ample storage!
October 2024
Progress on the drywall. To the left will be a color bar area and straight ahead at the front of the salon will be a conference room/education room. We are so excited for the glass wall that will go in soon!

Crazy what fresh bright paint and new flooring can do to a space. Feels 1000x's better aready! This is where the shampoo area will be. We doubled the quantity of bowls from 2-4 to accomodate for more clients. We will also have a total of 10 stations for stylists.

Our beautiful custom cabinetry was delivered!!! If you are looking for a cabinet designer, you need to go and see Jenni O'Connor with Signature Cabinet Design! She is located inside of Waukee Cabinet Works. She's absolutely amazing. We cant wait to reveal what the cabinetry and custom salon stations look like!!
